I can't recall another co-op dungeon crawler that does this and I definitely agree that it's my favorite part of the game. It's easy in other dungeon crawlers just to use up AP on things that don't feel very fun or beneficial just so you don't lose them. And this mechanic completely fixes that problem. Not a huge fan of the IP but really liked the game and this sharing AP mechanism is a big reason why.
