I picked this up from their recent Kickstarter. I've only played once but I am excited to be able to sit down again sometime soon. It is an interesting take on hidden location for sure! I lost that game by the way, which makes me only want to play more.
It's a really interesting game. I have yet to win, losing due to time running out. I'd be curious to try it with more than one person. Would probably work fine as a co-op game.
Can we just talk about the clever and elegant mechanic of the location key cards revealing the silhouette (or not). So smart!
Right?! It's so smart and simple, but I don't think I would have ever thought of it!
It was a fun exercise to trace the holes and see how it was put together.
In Mathematics there is this concept of graph theory, which also talks about network diagrams like these. Did you study any of that?
I wonder if they used any of that theory in their game design.
The concept of the game is also really interesting. I really enjoyed playing scotland yard as a kid so I might pick this up.
Thank you for your comment!
I've heard of graph theory, but have no background in mathematics like that. At least nothing beyond a Wikipedian knowledge of it. :)
It's a fun game. Felt really hard on a first play, and I'm not sure I was even close to winning. I have no doubt repeated plays would be it easier.
